Scott Nowson is the Global Lead for Customer Modelling at Xerox, based at their European Research Centre (XRCE) in Grenoble, France. He and his team explore the use of language technology and big data methods for automatically developing a deeper understanding of people.  He joined Xerox in 2013, after 7 years in research and business development in the speech and
language technology industry in Sydney, Australia.
