Hercules Fisherman is a serial award winning, technology lead, creative, multidisciplinary, extremely technology aware and up to date, a cross functional expert with experience successfully gained over 25 years in the industry. He has help integration of Natural Language Processing in the technology stack and an early adaptor of Text Analytic in a number of successful startups such as Fizzback and Constant Commerce; each world class high growth companies in their own fields.
He is a consummate mentor and advisor at various incubators, accelerators, educational institutes internationally. He has helped build agile and lean startups team for success. He is adept in working with investors and business leaders, for due diligence and fundraising, negotiating deals with strategic planning. Whilst providing the guidance in shaping the right culture for success in the startups to stay lean and Agile. Often trouble shooting when companies get under heavy technical, management or financial stress. He is a regular participant, Judge or organiser of hackatons, has a keen interest
in sustainability technologies. As a practicing Chief Innovation Officer he can further add value to all projects in particular in the blue skies R&D stacks.
