Personal bio:
Olle Hagelin started in the mobile phone business 1993 as a production engineer. He has held many roles as a Project and Quality Manager for the Industrialization and Development department, responsible for the Ericsson Mobile Development process and quality at a company level. He is currently the Quality manager in the Quality & Customer Service organization at Sony Mobile Corporation (SoMC) and is responsible for feedback from the field.
