Personal bio:
Spyridon Pilos studied mathematics at the university of Athens. He joined the European Commission as a translator in DGT where he also worked as administrator in the areas of statistics and digital content, before returning to DGT and more specifically in the language applications sector of the informatics unit. In this context he is currently managing the new machine translation project of the European Commission.
