Personal bio:
Inés Campanella Casas is a sociologist with a strong background in the field of Sociology of Communication and Information Society. She has been enrolled in the Global Corporate Development Department of Havas Media Group since 2011 where she is in charge of social research lines within R&D projects. In the last years she has participated in a number of projects focused in social media analysis and innovation. She’s currently focused in the use of digital methods to better understand and predict consumers and citizens’ opinions. Inés holds a M.A in Research in Sociology from the University of Barcelona.
