Charles has got a PhD at the IBM European Center for Applied Maths in Paris in 1992. After 10 years at IBM working in the area of Text Mining, he co-founded TEMIS. Following the acquisition by Expert System in September 2015, he is now in charge of corporate development. This includes the development of innovative projects in cooperation with public research institutes and university laboratories, SMEs and large industrials groups. In addition, Charles held several position in associations, alliances and technological clusters. His main fields of interests are semantic research, big data, information and innovation.
