Dave Ruane manages digital content and partner strategies at XTM International. He has a passion for innovation, leadership and knowledge sharing and an interest in how the localization industry is evolving to automate and connect stakeholders more and more. He regularly moderates industry discussions and speaks at events on topics from AI and technology to continuous localization, to customer experience. He is the co-founder and chair of the Process Innovation Challenge, a platform for innovation in the localization industry and a self-confessed techie who started his journey tracking language technology when he joined the localization business in the mid-1990s.
